The Website is intended for GDC-registered dental professionals, trainee dental professionals, and authorised non-clinical dental team members seeking Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

3. Membership

Membership provides access to designated areas of the Website and the services included within your chosen subscription.
Membership benefits may include:

  • Access to verifiable CPD content;
  • CPD logs and records;
  • Personal Development Plan (PDP) tools;
  • Certificates relating to completed CPD activities;
  • Any additional services specified at the time of purchase.

Membership is normally activated within 24 hours of payment and remains active for 12 months unless cancelled or terminated in accordance with these Terms.

4. Subscription and Renewal

Membership subscriptions are offered on an annual basis.
When registering or renewing, you may choose either:

  • A one-off annual payment; or
  • An automatically renewing annual subscription.

Where automatic renewal is selected:

  • You authorise CPD Training Solutions Ltd to take the applicable membership fee using your chosen payment method on each renewal date.
  • A renewal reminder will be sent before payment is collected.
  • You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the renewal date through your membership account or by contacting us.

If a renewal payment fails, access to membership services may be suspended until payment is successfully received.
Subscription fees are non-transferable between individuals.

5. Access to CPD Records and Certificates

Your CPD records, activity logs and certificates will remain available while your membership is active.
If membership expires:

  • Access to the members' area will cease.
  • Your CPD records will be retained for up to five years from the date membership lapses.
  • If membership is reactivated within this five-year period, retained records may be restored.
  • After five years, records may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Members are strongly advised to download and retain copies of all CPD certificates and records upon completion.
Registrants remain responsible for ensuring they retain evidence of CPD in accordance with applicable General Dental Council requirements.

6. Group Memberships

We may offer group memberships for employers and organisations wishing to enrol multiple team members.
The organisation arranging the membership is responsible for obtaining permission from each individual before providing their personal information to us.
Group memberships remain subject to these Terms and Conditions.
If an employee leaves an organisation:

  • The membership may be removed from the group account.
  • The individual subscription will continue until its expiry date.
  • Memberships cannot be transferred to another individual.
  • No refund will ordinarily be provided for unused membership time.

Members are strongly advised to download and retain copies of all CPD certificates and records upon completion.
Registrants remain responsible for ensuring they retain evidence of CPD in accordance with applicable General Dental Council requirements.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login details with any other person;
  • Allow another person to access the Website using your account;
  • Copy, distribute, sell, licence or commercially exploit Website content without permission;
  • Use automated software, bots, scrapers or similar technologies to extract information from the Website;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems;
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Website;
  • Upload malicious software, code or content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
